One of the UK's most iconic coins. The cartwheel twopence is the largest minted UK currency coin measuring 41mm approximately in diameter, and almost 5mm thick and weighing in at approximately 57.6g, a very solid copper coin. This coin was manufactured by Matthew Boulton using the steam powered machinery of James Watt, two giants of industrial age.

I've graded this at around VF with the usual edge flats and dings, but please do judge for yourself. This coin has not been cleaned and has a lovely patina from 200+ years in existence.
