An Edwardian bangle set with Oval Garnets and Rose Cut Diamonds.
This is a lightweight, but very pretty bangle.
It bears hallmarks for Chester, 1909 and is set with 13 Brown/Red Garnets graduating in size from approximately 3.5mm x 4.5mm to 5mm x 7mm with 24 small Rose Cut Diamonds in between. The bangle has a box snap and safety chain with the hinge on the opposite side. The main structure of the bangle has a framework design comprising of 3 linear strands. The inner dimensions are approximately 50 x 58 mm and 7 mm wide at the widest point.
This is a relatively lightweight bangle and has a few buckles and twists which you can see in the photos, it's still functional but should be worn with care. Not one to do the shopping in.
All vintage items have been worn and loved before they find their next owner, so they should always be worn or used with a little more care than a brand-new piece. Some minor scratches are normal. All vintage pieces I sell have been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished when required. If repairs are needed before it's offered for sale, they are completed sympathetically.
Thank you for looking and please have a look around the other items in my shop.
