Aquamarine and Freshwater Cultured Pearl necklace.
 
Two things I find difficult to resist on buying trips are Briolette cut gems and fine pearls and here we have the two combined.
 
This necklace is composed of some incredibly bright 2.5 - 3 mm freshwater cultured pearls, 9, graduating, Aquamarine Briolette drops weighing a total of 8.31cts and a 9ct white gold clasp set with one marine cultured pearl. 
The largest Aquamarine is approximately 8.5 mm long and the smallest approximately 5 mm long. The Aquamarines are of a good colour and have a few eye visible inclusions have, but very clean stones tend to look colourless in this type of jewellery in my opinion.
 
The pearls are excellently matched and very slightly off round as is often the case with Freshwater cultured pearls.
 
This is strung on a steel micro cable as I was concerned that the Aquamarines may start to cut through the usual silk that I use. 
 
Perfect for a Bride, Bridesmaid or simply a beautiful summer piece.
