Terms and Conditions

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most items that are in stock are sent within 3 working days. Made to order or custom items can be substantially longer, especially if hallmarking or engraving are required.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, including any administration charges levied. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges.

I accept returns and exchanges, but please note the exceptions below. Contact me within. 14 days of delivery and return the item back within 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please be aware that goods are photographed before packing. I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders such as Signet rings, engraved items or items that have been sized or adjusted.

  • Intimate items such as body jewellery or earrings (for health/hygiene reasons).

  • Items on sale/clearance. Some of these items are on sale due to damage or being defective, the listing will provide details.

Conditions of return.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and appropriate insurance cover whilst in transit. If the item is not received, or returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom, altered and personalised orders.

Custom, personalised, adjusted and made to order items will only be accepted for return at my sole discretion and may be subject to a re-stocking fee or reduction after costs incurred. If returned from overseas, the correct customs procedure needs to be followed  to avoid any costs re-importing at this end.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive?

All parcels are sent by tracked or insured delivery methods unless otherwise requested. In the rare event that a parcel doesn't arrive, a claim will be pursued with the carrier and the order refunded only when the claim is settled successfully. This may take a much longer time than the predicted delivery time.

These terms and conditions are to be governed by the law of England and Wales, there are no exceptions. They are in addition to your statutory rights.
