Ruby and Diamond Half Eternity Ring in 18ct gold.
 
In my previous job this was one of my favourite rings to sell. The people that made it did the all of the usual gems and a choice of yellow gold, white gold or Platinum. All of these rings had one thing in common, uncompromising quality of coloured stones.
 
This ring is the Ruby and Diamond version. It's set with 5 round Rubies with 2 small Diamonds in between making 8 Diamonds and a total of 13 stones.
 
Ring Size: UK/AU Size N 1/2,  US Size Almost 7.
Rubies: 5 Round rubies of a vivid red colour measuring approximately 2.8mm each. The Rubies weigh a total of 0.60cts (Manufacturers stated weight) and are heat treated, as most are. 
Diamonds: 8x Round Brilliant Cuts weighing a total of 0.08cts in total (Manufacturers stated weight). The Diamonds are nice and bright  and this manufacturer used to use F/G VS stones in general. 
The setting measures approximately 16 mm across the finger and x 3 mm at the widest point. The setting stands approximately 2.6mm high off the finger. The shank/band is a relatively uniform but tapers a little to 2 mm thick at the back. 
Marks/Metal: The ring has a full UK hallmark for C&F (Cropp and Farr ltd.), London, 18ct gold, 1996.
Condition: Excellent, barely worn. Just a few very minor marks to the metal.
 
Sizing: It is possible to size this, but please ask first, so we can make sure it's possible and what cost/timescale may be involved.
 
Additional information: This was a ring I sold whilst at my previous employers in 1997.
